What Choosing Clarity Actually Looks Like

Clarity is not a personality type. It is a practice.

Sometimes it looks dramatic: leaving a destructive situation, asking for help, or deciding that today will be different. More often, it looks ordinary. It is answering the phone. Keeping a promise.
