Refund Policy

All sales are final. SBR Cartel does not issue cash refunds.

We accept size exchanges or store-credit requests for eligible items when you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Sale items, limited releases, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@sbrcartel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Before ordering, please review the product description and size information carefully. Availability for exchanges is not guaranteed; if the requested replacement is unavailable, approved returns will receive store credit.
